How We Start
Finding prospective talent is a little bit different than it used to be. We have a professional system in place that protects the integrity of this company while maintaining a level playing field for our long-standing employees.
The process begins when we decide to hire a prospective talent as an Independent Contractor. Independent Contractors will remain so for a minimum of 90 days, at which point they will be presented the option of becoming a full time employee, if they so choose. New employees may also opt for a salary based position instead of per-hour payments if available. Most independent contractors and many employees telecommute, since we work with talent worldwide.
Immediately after becoming a new contractor, a new, test project will be assigned. If we are pleased with the work that has been completed over the course of a project, the new contractor will be allowed to independently track his or her time in our system from then fourth, and will officially be part of the team.
