Account Executive Position

The direct link between our firm & clients.

There are no set location limitations. People need creative services everywhere! We need a few account executives who will:

Interact with clients

• Check the status of each client's job(s) in the creative department and verify the jobs will be complete on time
• Contact each client at least twice per week to discuss current and upcoming projects
• Initiate new jobs for the client
• Review and present concepts/layouts/copy to the client for approval
• Communicate the client's feedback to the creative department and discuss the next steps in the campaign

Generate new business

• Find new leads via our website, social networking profiles, door-to-door, etc.
• Follow-up on all leads generated in-house.
• Up-sell clients and use our promotions to initiate new business conversations.
• Create sales strategies to be shared with the design team

You must also have:

• Have a solid understanding of the design, web, and advertising industry
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Must be well-organized
• Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people
• Professional appearance and persona
• Working long hours, especially under tight deadlines
• Travel to the client may be required
• Must be able to handle pressure well

Education & Experience

We require a minimum of an Associates' Degree in one of the following areas:
• Advertising
• Marketing
• Statistics or operational research
• Communication and media studies
• Business or management
• Psychology
